When you work with our team of full-service planners and designers, you’re covered. From your initial vision, to venue and vendor selection, to budget and timeline development, to design execution and more, we handle it all. We pride ourselves on the relationships we share with some of the best vendors in the industry, and we are committed to finding you the perfect team for your day.

We offer full and partial planning and design, as well as month-of coordination services. Each of our events is different since every client is unique. Therefore, after we learn about the scope of your event, along with your needs and wishes, we will develop a completely custom package tailored exclusively to suit your personality and desires.

We are based in New York City and provide services in the surrounding areas, including Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey. We also are available to travel around the globe to ensure your day is a special one you’ll remember for the rest of your lives.

I had no how time consuming and hectic planning a wedding would be. We held the whole thing at a farm that acts as a stand-alone venue. That means we had to bring in everything on our own- caterer, tent, tables, chairs, ice, alcohol- everything. Luckily, I brought Adrienne in when I realized I was in over my head. I was diagnosed with cancer right after we booked the venue and had to take a huge step back while going through chemo, surgery, radiation, etc. Adrienne stepped in and seamlessly took over. She was so easy to work with. She truly listened to everything I asked for or was concerned with. She really cares and you can tell she loves what she does. I’d fire off lists of questions and concerns and she’d patiently answer and take care of each one. She let me be as little or as overly involved with each planning aspect as I wanted to be and had a really solid feel for the type of day we had in mind. She was responsive and on top of everything and SO detail oriented. She had timelines, and check lists, and scheduled conference calls with all of our vendors. I absolutely loved working with her. My wedding day was beautiful and flawless. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much. I was lucky to have her in charge of what my husband called our “dream team.”


Hiring Adrienne for wedding design and month-of coordination was among the best decisions we made for our wedding! I can’t imagine not having worked with her. She had experience with weddings our venue, which was crucial and made everything run so much more smoothly. I was constantly in awe of her can-do attitude — she pulled quite a few rabbits out of a hat that helped make our wedding day everything we imagined. Adrienne is someone for whom “no” or “that isn’t possible” doesn’t seem to be in her vocabulary. She makes everything possible!!

In terms of design, we could not have been happier with how everything turned out, and I was stunned by how beautiful everything looked when I walked in. So much of that was due to Adrienne’s care, planning, hard work, and great eye and ideas.

We had a particularly challenging situation in that I was traveling in Asia just a few weeks before the wedding, and my fiance and I were living in different states – so having Adrienne to keep us all on the same page and keep things moving was invaluable. She took so much stress out of the process by helping coordinate all of our vendors, transport stuff to and from the venue, and keeping everything running smoothly throughout the event, so that we were free to just enjoy everything and be fully present. That is worth its weight in gold!

Adrienne was an absolute dream to work with. From our first email exchange, to our first chat over the phone, to our first in person meeting, we were beyond impressed with how personable, informative, organized, creative and on top of it she was. Never did we dream that we’d be able to partner with such a wonderful friend and leader in wedding planning, to this day we feel so incredibly blessed. From the small details to the large details Adrienne was on top of it. She brought forward trusted vendors (all of whom we adored), creative ideas, and a worth ethic beyond imaginable. Her ability to remain calm, cool, and collective while being true to our collective vision is truly a talent. If it wasn’t for Adrienne, our dream wedding would not have been possible. From our first meeting Adrienne was so organized, full of ideas, and responsive to my many questions. The last month before the wedding was so much less stressful thanks to Adrienne, and the day of ran so smoothly with the help of the Ruffles and Tweed team. When I started planning my wedding, I worked for a catering company in CT, and my mom currently works for the same caterer. We had worked with Adrienne on several events in the past, and knew that we needed to hire her for Month-of Coordination. I am now a wedding planner myself, so I planned the entire party myself, but I knew that I would need someone there that day (and in hindsight, the weeks leading up to the wedding) to make sure that everything was running smoothly.
From the second we started talking, Adrienne was accommodating, organized, and so positive. It is clear that she loves what she does. She prepared a comprehensive timeline and vendor contact sheet, which she then shared with all of my vendors, and even asked to clarify a few things I had forgotten. She served as the point of contact for all my vendors in the weeks leading up to my wedding so that I didn’t have to stress about them. She answered all of my emails basically immediately, and was happy to jump on phone calls with my caterer.
On the day of the wedding, she seemed to be everywhere. My bridal party and parents commented after the wedding about how they would think “I need to ask Adrienne something” and she would appear. She kept us organized, on time, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. If there were any issues during set-up or my wedding itself, I don’t know about them.
I always think it is smart to hire a wedding planner, whether for the entire process, or once it gets down to the wire. I fully recommend Adrienne/Ruffles and Tweed to anyone looking for a planner.


We had a great time working with Adrienne. She’s super professional, organized and incredibly easy to communicate with. She had the day of planned down to the minute and it could not have gone smoother. There were so many details we hadn’t considered before we starting working with Adrienne. We can’t recommend her enough!


Adrienne and her team at Ruffles & Tweed are fantastic! The first time I met Adrienne, she brought me flowers. She is incredibly warm, thoughtful and easy to work with. She is also incredibly talented at working with all sorts of personality types (you come across many in the wedding planning process!). Adrienne was particularly adept at working with challenging vendors and getting them to yes. We initially hired Adrienne for 6 weeks before the wedding but quickly realized how terrific she is and revised her contract to include design work. I felt like Adrienne understood my vision and what was important to me & my fiancee about our wedding, and she made it happen. I am incredibly organized but Adrienne’s professionalism, sound advice, assistance and leadership in the wedding planning process was essential. We had a ceremony followed by a luncheon reception for 185 people, and then in the evening, we had dinner and dancing for 115 guests at a different venue so there was a lot to coordinate. Throughout the day and evening, I trusted that Adrienne and her team were on top of things (& they were!) and this allowed me to be relaxed on our wedding day and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you, Adrienne!!
