from the photographer…“With this spring styled shoot, we wanted to explore the traditional look of chinoiserie, but with a modern, whimsical twist. We incorporated an unexpected color palette to show that using color can still look refined and tasteful. Our venue, the McNemar House, tied into our vision perfectly with a modern yet comfortable design, including the perfect pop of orange on the door. We even had help from the cutest model, Wendall, the owner’s Greater Swiss Mountain dog. The couple enjoyed a game of croquet to end the shoot and celebrated with champagne.”
